Accomplished banking professional with 21 years of experience at the staff and branch management levels; oversight skills and experiences in all daily operations of the bank with focused skills in the areas of business development, commercial and SBA small business lending, training, and team development.


Specialties include: Business solutions for every size company including SBA and Conventional lending, business accounts, merchant processing, and business continuity planning.

As a prior bank President and Senior Credit Officer with large regional financial institutions and smaller community banks, Alan has over 25 years of experience in all areas of banking and specialized commercial business lending/development and technical roles.

Experience also includes budgeting, business development & planning, growing a business, project management, financial analysis, capital planning, and forecasting.
